Auto Head Height Control
Print head height is measured automatically up to 50 mm tick.
Media Set System
Pin registration alighnment for accurate media positioning. This measures that images can be printed edge-to-edge time and time again.
Conveyor Belt Feed System
The Conveyor belt feed system handles both rigid and flexible substrates precisely. Vacuum fans control the entire print bed, keeping media flat while allowing for true "edge to edge" printing.
Linear Scale
Consistent and precise printing is guaranteed due to our "inlaid brass" linear encoder system. This allows for print tolerance accutace even in high-speed mode.
Signal Lamp
A Five color signal pillar, clearly aleryts the operator to work in progress, without needing to stand directly at the side of printer the printer. Auto ink refill, automatically alerts the operator of low ink levels.
Printer Control System
By operating the Neo Venus from the control system, the printing area is protected from airborne foreign contaminates. This reduces waste and insures proper UV ink curing directly to a dust free surface.
Auto Lamp Shuttering System
Each Neo printer incorporates a fully automatic UV lamp shuttering device that automatically sets the curing functionality of the lamps depending on the printing mode selected. Manual settings can also be introduced to further enhance ink curing and image appearance.
Customer changeable lamps
The UV lamps are so easy to change that no service intervention is needed at all.
Print Head
Premium Spectra Galaxy print heads are utilized for excellent resolution. Consistent and clear nozzles allow for piecise output everyday.
Auto Ink refill System
Ink level sensors warn of low ink. Visual and audio indicators inform the operator when additional ink is needed. Bulk ink system has an integrated and compact design. |
